Government & Public Authority Data Requests

Last updated: September 25, 2026

At MePersona, you trust us with something deeply personal: your voice, your personality, and your conversations with your audience. We take that seriously. This page explains how we handle any request from a government agency, law enforcement, or public authority for your data, including data we receive through connected platforms.

We review every request for legal validity

Before responding to any government or public-authority request for user data, we review whether it is legally valid: properly issued, within the requesting authority's jurisdiction and legal power, and supported by appropriate legal process. We do not honor requests that are invalid, improperly served, or beyond the authority's power.

We challenge requests we believe are unlawful

Where a request appears unlawful, overbroad, or improperly issued, we will challenge it or seek to narrow it through available legal means before disclosing any data.

We disclose only the minimum necessary

When a valid request requires disclosure, we provide only the minimum data necessary to comply, and never more than the specific scope of a valid request.

We document what happens

We keep a record of each request we receive, what was disclosed if anything, the legal basis, and who was involved in the decision, so we remain accountable.
